He is a Registered Mental Health Nurse with over 30 years of experience in nursing, non-medical prescribing, finance management, and leadership. As Head of Nursing for Addiction Services at CNWL NHS Trust, he leads initiatives to enhance addiction treatment and support. Ronald is also the National Finance Chairman of FIFMI and a Trustee Board Member. He holds a BSc in Addiction Science and an MSc in Health Sciences and is pursuing a Master's in Leadership and Management at Ashridge Business School. Ronald and his wife, Nyengeterai, serve as Church Elders at FIFMI West London City Church.
