She is the President of Gracious Women, an Ordained Pastor, and the first female Marriage Officer and Archbishop in Zimbabwe. She holds a B.A., M.A., D.D., and Ph.D. in Ministry from Friends University and is a 1978 graduate of AMFCC. Additionally, she graduated from Christ For the Nations Institute in Dallas, USA (2004), specializing in vocational training. She is a State Registered Nurse and holds diplomas in Business Administration, Bookkeeping, Dressmaking & Designing, and Christian Broadcasting for Radio & TV. She also holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) in Business Administration and Management from ZEGU. In 2022, ZEGU awarded her the highest honor offered by any university: an Honorary Doctorate in Development and Empowerment (Honoris Causa).

She has served as the International Director for Women’s Ministry in ZAOGA FIF for many decades. She encourages women, saying, "Women, highly favored by God, rise up and take your position, not above your husband's head, not under his feet, but side by side next to his heart with a sweet spirit." She believes in excelling for God in all spiritual matters before “5 o'clock in the afternoon,” referring to the time when we leave this earthly body.

Together with her husband, Archbishop Professor Ezekiel H. Guti, she has ministered in over 169 nations and states. She has served God in full-time ministry for 52 years, inspiring and nurturing many in the ministry. She is an author of several books, including *A Wise Woman*, *Challenges and Counselling for Today's Youth*, and *Ladies' Lessons for Homemakers*. Her work has motivated many groups of intercessors, and she has spoken at numerous Women’s Conferences and leadership seminars across the U.S. and worldwide.

In 2004, she received the Esthers' Leadership Award from the Third World Leaders Association, presented by the Honorable Prime Minister of the Bahamas. She led the Good News Deliverance Expo in 25 stadiums across Zimbabwe in 2005 and in other countries, including Nigeria, Malawi, Mozambique, Zambia, Singapore, Fiji, Tonga, and all states of Australia, preaching the Word of God with prophetic healing and witnessing many signs and wonders.

She is the visionary behind the *Today's Woman International Conference*, which was launched in 2007.
