He is a former Air Traffic Controller who was called into ministry after serving as an elder. He is an AMFCC Diploma graduate and holds a BBS, MBS, and D.Min from Friends International Christian University (FICU) in the USA. He also holds a Certificate in Advanced Christian Counseling from Christ For The Nations Institute (CFNI) in Dallas, Texas, as well as a Graduate Certificate of Education Studies and a Master of Counseling degree from Monash University in Melbourne, Australia. He is a registered professional counselor with two counseling associations in Australia.

Introduced to GWAHAFI early in their marriage, Dr. Tad and his wife Gwen are passionate about sharing their knowledge on marriage and have successfully counseled couples for over 30 years. They are both authors of books on marriage. Having served as Overseers in Namibia, Australia, the USA, and South Africa, as well as AMFCC-RSA Deans and lecturers, Drs. Tad & Gwen are currently based in Melbourne, Australia, where they serve as Overseers for Victoria State. They are blessed with three adult miracle children, a son-in-law, and an amazing grandson.)
